Danielle’s Pumpkin Soup (made with Butternut squash in place of pumpkin), rice crackers, salad
Southwest Black Beans w/Brown Rice, corn tortillas, side salad
Martha’s Big Batch Vegetable Soup, side salad
Firecracker Tofu Stir-fry, brown rice
Veggie Patties, sweet potato fries, side salad
Dessert: frozen apple slush
